Nokian Tyres has received an announcement from Sprucegrove Investment Management on January 22, 2025, in accordance with the Finnish Securities Market Act Chapter 9, Section 5. According to the announcement Sprucegrove Investment Management's indirect holding in Nokian Tyres shares fell below the level of 5% of the share capital in Nokian Tyres plc, as a result of share transactions concluded on January 21, 2025. The indirect shareholding of Sprucegrove Investment Management in Nokian Tyres has decreased to 4,006,896 shares, corresponding to 2.88% of Nokian Tyres' shares and voting rights.
