Initially, Norges Bank informed that its total holdings of NKT A/S share capital and voting rights were below the 5% threshold. Shortly after, Norges Bank acquired share capital and voting rights in NKT A/S, resulting in the 5% threshold being passed. Norges Bank’s aggregated position of shares and financial instruments is now 2,799,810 shares, corresponding to 5.21% of the share capital and voting rights of NKT A/S.
