Norsk Renewables AS: Proposal to approve delisting application at General
Meeting
Stavanger, 29 May 2024: Norsk Renewables AS (the "Company") will hold its Annual
General Meeting on 26 June 2024 (the "AGM").
In connection with the preparations for the AGM, the board of directors of the
Company has received a request from Valinor AS, the Company's largest
shareholder, to include a proposal to apply for delisting of the Company's
shares from Euronext Growth Oslo on the agenda.
The board of directors has discussed and carefully considered the proposal by
Valinor AS, and considers that applying for delisting is in the best interest of
the Company and its shareholders. Consequently, the board will recommend that
the AGM adopts the resolution to apply for delisting.
