The company's operations consist principally of its ownership of Fontis Holdings (formerly known as SeaMex Holdings), its joint venture interest in Seabras. Fontis is an offshore drilling company with a fleet of jack-up rigs under contract in Mexico. Seabras is a subsea services company, with a fleet of multipurpose pipelaying support vessels under contract in Brazil. The company is headquartered in Hamilton.
