SDS has received an order, with a total value of 4.3 million SEK, from an existing customer in Yemen. Seamless will provide knowledge transfer of the source code to the customer so that they can manage the system themselves once the project is completed.
"We are very pleased to deliver this project to the customer in Yemen," says Eddy Cojulun, CEO of SDS. "We had already informed the customer in 2023 that 2024 would be the last year we would provide support for this system, and now we are giving the customer the opportunity to continue operating their system independently."
This order includes knowledge transfer of the source code and support for 6 months until the customer can manage the system themselves.
Once the project is completed, Seamless will only have three old eServGlobal installations of Paymobile remaining. Seamless plans to replace these three with the Seamless ERS360 product in 2024, as part of continuous transformation of the operating model to enable improved margins and cash flows. This means that all peripheral costs related to Paymobile will be eliminated in early 2025, resulting in annual cost savings of approximately 5 million SEK.
Revenues will be collected during the second and third quarters of 2024.
