Nomination committee's recommendation of Board members for the election period
2025-2026 to the Annual General Meeting
The Board of Directors in Storebrand ASA consists of ten members, of which seven
are shareholder elected and the other three are employee elected. In connection
with the general meeting's election of the board for 2025-2026, board member
Jaan Ivar Semlitsch announced that he does not wish to be re-elected at the
upcoming general meeting. Board member Marianne B. Røren informed the committee
that she would not seek re-election due to a critical illness, which later led
to her passing. The nomination committee thanks the board members for their
highly valuable work as key representatives of Storebrand ASA and extends its
deepest condolences to Marianne B. Røren's family.
The Nomination Committee of Storebrand ASA has unanimously decided to nominate
the following as board members for the election period 2025-2026:
Jarle Roth (existing chairman)
Martin Skancke (existing vice chairman)
Christel Elise Borge (existing member)
Viveka Ekberg (existing member)
Janne Flessum (new member)
Benjamin Kristoffer Golding (existing member)
Line M. Hestvik (new member)
Janne Flessum currently serves as CFO in Posten Bring and has previously held
several executive positions in Gjensidige Forsikring ASA, including the role as
Executive Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development. Line M. Hestvik
holds various board positions. She has previously held several leadership
positions in Allianz Group and If, most recently in the roles as Chief
Sustainability Officer and Head of Global Property & Casualty in Allianz Group.
The election of a new Board of Directors will take place at the Annual General
Meeting of Storebrand on 9 April 2025.
