Swedish Logistic Property: SLP signs lease agreement with Svevia in Malmö
SLP has signed a 5-year lease agreement with Svevia AB in the property Stillman 47 in Malmö. The agreement covers an area of approximately 750 square meters of office space and associated land, and occupancy will take place on October 1, 2025. The annual rental value amounts to approximately SEK 860,000.
"We are pleased to welcome Svevia as neighbours and a new tenant at SLP. We look forward to the new collaboration and are pleased that the property is now fully leased," says Tommy Åstrand, CEO of SLP.
With this lease, and the fact that SLP has moved its own office to the property during the autumn, the property is now fully leased.
