Techstep has won a frame agreement with the procurement agency Tradebroker for
delivery of mobile devices, accessories and related mobile and circular
technology services and solutions to their member organisations.
Tradebroker currently represents 83 large and medium-sized Norwegian companies
with close to 200,000 employees in public and private sector. Of these, 41
companies have already committed to procuring under this new frame agreement.
The volume of procurement will vary based on the individual calls made by these
members throughout the contract's duration.
Techstep is the sole supplier on this frame agreement, which replaces a prior
frame agreement Techstep has shared with another supplier.
"We are thrilled to win this new frame agreement, which aligns perfectly with
our offerings and reinforces our commitment to delivering innovative mobile and
circular technology solutions. This agreement gives us the exclusive opportunity
to support many prominent brands in Norway, enabling them to operate smartly,
securely, and sustainably. We look forward to contributing to our customers'
success in a cost-effective, environmentally, and socially responsible manner,"
says Morten Meier, CEO of Techstep ASA.
The award of the Tradebroker frame agreement is subject to a potential appeal
from other participants in the tendering process. The deadline for appeals is
set for 26 August 2024. Provided there are no delays due to an appeal, the
agreement will be effective from 1 October 2024. The contract will initially run
for three years, with an option to extend for an additional two years.
