Nurminen Logistics Plc&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Stock Exchange Release&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;29 April 2025, at 4.00 p.m.The Board of Directors of Nurminen Logistics Plc resolved, based on the authorization granted by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 16 April&nbsp;2025, on a directed share issue without consideration for payment of rewards in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Restricted Share Plan 2022-2026. A total maximum of 40,250 new shares in the company will, in deviation from the shareholders' pre-emptive subscription right, be issued without consideration to the participants entitled to the reward.
