Toivo Group Plc has signed agreements for a EUR 5,2 million project management contract in Vantaa

Toivo Group Plc (”Toivo” or “Company”) has signed an agreement for a EUR 5,2 million project management contract for the construction of a parking facility for the Aviapolis block. Toivo has already completed two residential apartment buildings in the same block, and another apartment building is under construction. The parking facility to be constructed will include approximately 150 parking spaces. Construction of the parking facility will begin in the spring of 2025 and is expected to be completed in early 2026.
