Toivo Group Plc has started a EUR 4 million care property project for Esperi Care Oy in Järvenpää

Toivo Group Plc (”Company” or “Toivo”) has started a care property project valued approximately 4 million euros for Esperi Care Oy (“Esperi”). The property will be completed to Järvenpää by change of year 2025-2026.
Toivo announced earlier in December 2024 having signed triple net lease agreements for this property. The care property under construction will have a total of 30 resident places for individuals with developmental disabilities. The property will be built to meet A energy class standards and heating will be provided through geothermal energy, and solar panels will be installed on the roofs.
Esperi is one of Finland's leading providers of care services, offering its services nationwide. In recent years, Esperi has focused extensively on developing its operations, achieving a good occupancy rate across its facilities. The collaboration between Esperi and Toivo has started smoothly.
