The project is a semi-Hitas development and will consist of twelve apartments in total. The properties will be brought to market before the end of 2024.“We are happy to carry out a small-scale housing project in one of the most sought-after areas in Helsinki. The project will be part of the city’s semi-Hitas program, which means that the prices of the apartments will be regulated for the first sale.
