On 29 May, a deal was signed to sell all shares in Helios Nordic Energy AB
(Helios) to the French industrial infrastructure company Vinci. Closing of the
transaction was subject to the buyer receiving FDI approval from the Swedish FDI
Authority. Such approval has been received, and the parties have agreed to
initiate closing. The process is likely to be concluded by mid-July.
Magnora's Board has approved the return of NOK 4 per share. This return of
capital will be paid on the first practical date after closing the Helios
transaction, that is in the middle of July 2024.
