WALLENSTAM: Record fast letting of modernized premises in cultural property
Responsible renovation of the building, a stylish interior concept and modern climate standard resulted in a record fast letting of Wallenstam's property at Engelbrektsgatan 28. In the building that dates back to 1929, office tenants will soon be welcomed to a completely updated property in the Avenyn area.
The stylish choice of materials and the soft color palette of the interior design concept together with new technical installations have attracted tenants in IT, advertising, accounting and investment companies such as Kapita Investment Group. In total, lettings of just over 2,700 square meters.
The technical installations of the property have been updated with completely new ventilation and a new cooling system, which has resulted in a high standard of indoor comfort.

The next step will be to upgrade the stairwell with a sober look to welcome all visitors in the best possible way. Meanwhile, work is starting to give Engelbrektsgatan 26 the same concept and modernization.
