The reorganization supports optimal resource allocation and streamlines operational models, enabling the company to respond more flexibly to customer needs and market shifts. As a part of the reform, Wulff held change negotiations, involving a total of 60 people. The change negotiations ended on March 31, 2025, and as a result the employment of 9 people will end. The company estimates that the measures will reduce personnel costs by around EUR 0.7 million annually.
