Audientes has already announced its results for Q4 2022 and Q1 2023. Therefore, the main focus is expected to be on further steps taken since those reports regarding new strategic directions, including the exploration of structures such as partnerships, mergers, the sale of the business or its assets, or a strategic investment. A first step has already been taken with the agreement of an exclusive distributor agreement for the sales and marketing of Audientes&rsquo; products in India with earKART and short-term funding through a new convertible loan of DKK 750,000 from existing lenders. Audientes is a Danish-based company producing and selling a more affordable, smart, and self-fitting hearing aid that is ready to use out of the box. The products target the over-the-counter market (OTC) globally, focusing on India and the US as the primary launch countries.
