WindowMaster is set to release its full-year 2024 financial report on March 19, 2025. The following day, on March 20 at 11:00 AM, investors will have the opportunity to meet the company’s management, who will provide insights into the financial results, discuss market trends, order intake, and expectations for 2025, and take questions in a live Q&A session.
In December, WindowMaster raised its 2024 guidance for the fourth time and, for the first time, provided guidance for 2025. The company also announced its first dividend as a listed company, set at DKK 0.34 per share. This was followed by another 2024 guidance upgrade in January, while the 2025 outlook remained unchanged. WindowMaster has reaffirmed its strong momentum in the U.S. market, where it sees continued opportunities, despite the government transition.
For 2024, WindowMaster now expects revenue of DKK 292.5–293.5 million and EBITDA of DKK 36–37 million, corresponding to an EBITDA margin of approximately 12.3–12.6%. Looking ahead to 2025, the company anticipates revenue of DKK 290–310 million and EBITDA in the range of DKK 36–41 million. With several headline figures and 2025 guidance already disclosed, attention will likely shift toward balance sheet developments, order intake, and a deeper analysis of the market conditions underpinning the 2025 expectations.
