Wirtek is expected to release its Q1 2025 interim report on 14 May 2025. The management will present the results at a virtual live event with a Q&A session the same day at 14:30. In addition to the financial results, the event will include an update on Wirtek’s recent business developments and provide insights into the current market conditions.
In 2024, Wirtek realized a revenue of DKK 71.9 million, corresponding to a growth of 2% compared to 2023. The growth is predominantly driven by Wirtek’s acquisitions of Pragmasoft and Seluxit. The energy segment delivered a strong growth of 84% YoY. In 2024, Wirtek’s EBITDA was DKK 5.2 million, reflecting a 7.3% margin, a slight step down from the 8.9% realized in 2023. The adjusted EBITDA margin was 8.7% in 2024.
Looking into 2025, Wirtek expects a revenue between DKK 70-75 million (-3% to +4% growth). Market conditions are expected to remain challenging amid geopolitical uncertainties and delayed investment decisions. In 2025, EBITDA is expected to be in the range of DKK 1.0-5.0 million, which is a lower level than in 2024 due to short-term elevated investment spending that should drive the growth rate back to double-digit territory in 2026.
Besides the financial results for Q1 2025, the focus could also be on whether market conditions have changed due to the increasing economic uncertainty. The progress in the energy sector segment could also draw some attention, also highlighted by the recent announcement of a partnership with a leading global company to develop a secure and modern front-end for their EV charger monitoring and management platform.
