The Annual Report includes financial statements for 2024, the Report of the Board of Directors, as well as the Corporate Governance Statement and Remuneration Report 2024. The Annual report is published in Finnish and English. &nbsp;Kempower publishes the Sustainability Statement for the first time as a part of the Financial Statements according to the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).&nbsp;Kempower publishes the Financial Statements in accordance with European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements with the format of the report being Extensible Hypertext Markup Language (xHTML). In line with the ESEF requirements, the primary statements have been labelled with XBRL tags and notes have been labelled with XBRL block tags. ESEF Financial Statements have been verified by Ernst &amp; Young.
