SKAKO A/S is a Danish industrial machinery manufacturer listed on the OMX Nordic Exchange Copenhagen. It operates two business divisions, SKAKO Concrete and SKAKO Vibration with offices in Faaborg (Denmark, Strasbourg (France), and San Sebastian (Spain). SKAKO Concrete is a professional and experienced group specialized in development, supply, installation and servicing of complete plants for production of concrete. SKAKO Concrete’s main purpose is to develop solutions adapted to future requirements, meeting the individual needs of our customers and so helping them strengthening their position in their market. In additional, SKAKO Concrete offers after-sales, installation and commissioning services as well as after sales support, including Service Contracts dedicated to the production setup. SKAKO Vibration develops, designs, and sells vibratory equipment for industrial use. It has a strong development in the supply of feeding, sorting and washing equipment for the recycling industry in Europe. Additionally, it is a leading supplier of vibratory equipment in the automotive industry, and it has a solid market position within mineral mining and the phosphate mining sector in North Africa.

Efter at SKAKO tidligere på ugen offentliggjorde foreløbige regnskabstal for 3. kvartal 2024, og ved samme lejlighed nedjusterede helårsforventninger til omsætningen imens indtjeningen blev præciseret i den nedre del af det tidligere udmeldte interval, har selskabet her til eftermiddag udsendt sit endelige kvartalsregnskab.

SKAKO: Offentliggør foreløbige Q3 2024 tal, og nedjusterer 2024 guidance

SKAKO udsendte fredag eftermiddag foreløbige tal for 3. kvartal 2024, og nedjusterede samtidig sine omsætningsforventninger til 2024 imens indtjeningen ventes at lande i den lave ende af det tidligere udmeldte interval. Det skyldes lavere aktivitet i nogle af de segmenter man sælger ind til, samt selskabets egen fokus på den store Minerals-ordre der blev annonceret i starten af august.

Back in august we had the pleasure of hosting a presentation of SKAKO’s Q2 2024 report. With us from SKAKO was CEO Lionel Girieud and CFO Thomas Pedersen who are heading the continuing activities, i.e. the former SKAKO Vibration. They took us through the quarterly numbers and the revised expectations for 2024. Further they gave a deep dive into the Minerals segment where SKAKO has recently won a large order in Morocco.
