This strategic action is part of the Company's ongoing efforts to optimize its financial structure and enhance financial flexibility.The Board of Directors has resolved to cancel the acquired notes. This decision is expected to strengthen the Company's financial position and provide greater flexibility for future operations. The buybacks reduce Solteq's interest expenses, strengthening the credit profile and reducing financial risks.
