Neil Macleod was elected as Chairman and Jyoti Desai as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.&nbsp; The Board resolved to establish an Audit Committee, a Remuneration Committee, a Nomination Committee and an Investment &amp; Strategy Committee.
