GomSpace has announced its intention to carry out a directed share issue of SEK 196m to its major shareholder, Peter Hargreaves. In connection with that, CEO Carsten Drachmann today presented details and rationale behind the capital raise.

GomSpace has announced that the Board of Directors has reached an agreement to carry out a directed share issue of SEK 196m to its major shareholder, Peter Hargreaves (The Hargreaves Family No. 14 Settlement). The share issue will comprise 28,000,000 new shares at a subscription price of SEK 7,00 per share. GomSpace’s CEO Carsten Drachmann will present the details, timeline, and reasons behind the capital raise in an online live event on 24 March 2025 at 14:00.

Following the release of the Q4 Full Year 2024 results this morning, we had the pleasure of hosting an event with the CEO of GomSpace, Carsten Drachmann, who presented the results, what’s behind the 2025 guidance, debated the Danish Arctic surveillance outlook, and answered many questions from the audience.
