Following the release of the Q1 2025 trading update this morning, we had the pleasure of hosting an event with the CEO of GomSpace, Carsten Drachmann, who presented the results, gave an update on the different business-lines, how GomSpace can help states and business leverage space for security and business, and lastly answered questions from the audience.

GomSpace is expected to release its Q1 2025 trading statement on the 7th of May 2025. On the same day at 13:00, GomSpace’s CEO Carsten Drachmann will present the results at an online live event followed by a Q&A session.

GomSpace has announced its intention to carry out a directed share issue of SEK 196m to its major shareholder, Peter Hargreaves. In connection with that, CEO Carsten Drachmann today presented details and rationale behind the capital raise.

GomSpace has announced that the Board of Directors has reached an agreement to carry out a directed share issue of SEK 196m to its major shareholder, Peter Hargreaves (The Hargreaves Family No. 14 Settlement). The share issue will comprise 28,000,000 new shares at a subscription price of SEK 7,00 per share. GomSpace’s CEO Carsten Drachmann will present the details, timeline, and reasons behind the capital raise in an online live event on 24 March 2025 at 14:00.
