Digital Workforce published its financial statements report this morning. Revenue grew well, and the result and guidance were in line with our expectations. In addition, the company announced a dividend payment that was relatively well above our expectations.

Digital Workforce will publish its financial statements on Wednesday, February 19. We anticipate continued good revenue growth in Q4. The extent to which growth is scaled depends largely on the level of investment. We expect the company to provide guidance on revenue and EBITDA growth for 2025. In addition, the company announced a new dividend policy yesterday and we assume that the company will pay a dividend as early as this spring.

The decline in working day-adjusted organic revenue development for the sector's companies accelerated slightly as customers continued to economize, although the comparison period was already weak for most of them. Profitability, on the other hand, was significantly higher year-on-year, but the group was clearly divided between strong and weak performers.
